This song is one I decided to include after completing Metal Gear Solid Delta, a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3.
I first played Metal Gear Solid 3 a couple of years ago, when I was about 15 years old.
Since then, so much in my life has changed, but I still love this game.
I plan on writing something for it in the future on this website, but that is for later.
This is featured as the song for the end credits, and is one I find very fitting, as it conveys
the exact emotion after finding out the grand twist at the end of the game.
Supposedly Hideo Kojima was planning on using a Bowie song for the end creadits of the game, but
for whatever reason they used this song instead. That is not
at all a bad thing though, at least not in my opinion. This song tonally fits very well.
Though I am not very familiar with Starsailor as a band, I am very grateful that they made this piece of music.
